With almost thirty years of experience in the legal field, Talal has held a variety of positions at major companies.

Talal has served as the Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors of Kuwait Airways, as well as the Director of the Legal Department at Kuwait Airways. Additionally, Talal has acted as the Head of the Response Office of the Audit Bureau and the Kuwaiti National Assembly, as the Vice Chairman of Kuwait Aviation Services Company , and also as a Chairman of Kasco Al Bateel services, Doha.

He had participated in numerous international contracts, including the purchase of aircraft between Airbus and Boeing. Furthermore, Talal has extensive legal experience in contracting for major companies both within and outside of Qatar.
