Habib holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master’s degree in Contract and Investment Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Tunis in 2009 and 2014, respectively. 

In addition, he is currently pursuing his PhD in domestic and international arbitration law, and he is a member of the Bar Association in Tunisia since 2018. 

Habib is also an arbitrator of the National Committee for Disputes within the Tunisian Football League 2022 and a member of the Tunis Center for Arbitration and Reconciliation since 2017. He served as a rapporteur member of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Commission of the Truth, Dignity, and Transitional Justice Commission in Tunisia in 2018, and as Vice Chairman of the General Legislation Committee and the Rights and Freedoms Committee of the Tunisian Parliament in 2019 and 2020, respectively.

Finally, Habib is a member of the Association of Young Lawyers of Tunisia.
