Ali earned his Bachelor of Law degree from Cairo University in 2019 and is a registered member of the Egyptian Bar Association (primary degree).

In 2020, he became a member of the Arab Lawyers Union.

Ali also completed a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the International Arbitration Tribunal in Cairo in 2020, a Diploma in drafting contracts and establishing companies under the supervision of the Egyptian Bar Association in 2020, and a Diploma in National Security at the Arab International Organization for Dispute Resolution under the supervision of the Arbitration Center at the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University in 2020.
