Abdelrahman has a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Tunis, obtained in 2013. He also holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Sciences Research from the same faculty, which he completed in 2016.

In addition, he has a Diploma of Professional Competence in Law from the Higher Institute of Law in Tunis, which he earned in 2019. He is a member of the Bar Association in Tunisia since 2019 and has a decree at the National Law Association in Tunisia within the appeal schedule, which he obtained in 2020. Abdelrahman is also a member of the Arab Lawyers Association.

He has participated in several training courses, including a course on “Lawyer’s Intervention in the Sports Field” in 2019 and a course on “The Lawyer’s Presence in Front of the Primary Researcher” in 2020, both under the supervision of the National Bar Association in Tunisia. He also holds a certificate of a training course entitled “The Legal Program Specialized in the Field of Sports Law” which he completed under the supervision of the Qatar Olympic Academy in 2023.
